What is a virtual tour?

A virtual tour is a 3D representation of your business. It gives potential customers, members or attendees the ability to walk through the space and have a 360 degree view.

What are the benefits of using a virtual tour?

  • Allow people who aren't physically present to see the space - either leading up to an in-person visit, or to refresh their memory afterwards.
  • Build trust and familiarity with potential customers.
  • Present relevant information in context within the space. Hotspots can display embedded videos, photo galleries, text or links to external sites.

How does capturing a virtual tour work?

First we'll schedule a date to shoot. Before our photographer arrives, you should prepare your location. Keep in mind that anything visible to the camera will appear in the virtual tour. (Unlike a traditional photoshoot where you can crop out undesirable details) So ideally the space will be clean/tidy, well lit and with minimal people. The actual photography doesn't take long, a typical virtual tour shoot takes about one hour. Afterwards we'll edit and upload the tour. Think about what videos, photo galleries, external links or additional info you'd like to embed in the tour and provide it to our team.

Pricing

Our standard package costs $240, and includes up to 7 virtual viewpoints. Features include:

  • Photo shoot
  • Editing
  • Uploading and hosting
  • The code for embedding the tour in your website
  • A direct link for other use like emailing clients
  • A map within the tour linking to all the spaces
  • Company logo
  • Linked or embedded directions
  • Hotspots throughout the tour with historical or contextual info, testimonials or marketing copy
  • Hotspots with embedded videos and/or photo galleries
  • Hotspots with links to websites or contact forms
